I grew up in Philadelphia and spent countless summers renting homes at the New Jersey shore. My childhood was spent in Ocean City, my teenage years in Wildwood, and most of my early adulthood enjoying the lively atmosphere of Sea Isle and Avalon. In 2014, I transitioned from being a renter to a homeowner, purchasing my very own vacation/investment property in North Wildwood to create lasting memories with my children. While owning a second home brought a great deal of joy and income, it also introduced its fair share of stress.
I understand the worry of maintaining a property, especially during the winter months. Although I’ve been fortunate, some of my friends and neighbors have not been so lucky. Through their experiences, I’ve witnessed the challenges of frozen pipes, undetected leaks, and heating systems failing in the dead of winter. When storms hit, I often felt helpless, waiting to find out whether my home had sustained any damage. The sleepless nights and long commutes just to check on my property were never easy.
This is what led me to start Anchors Away Home Watch of Cape May. I want my clients to feel secure knowing their property is in good hands when they aren’t around. I aim to provide peace of mind, ensuring that if anything goes wrong, I’ll be there to take care of the problem. I treat every property I manage as if it were my own.
I am also a licensed real estate agent, I’m detail-oriented and trained to spot issues that others may overlook. Over the years, I’ve built strong connections in the area and developed a reliable network of resources, from cleaning services to HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and general handyman work. If a problem arises, I can quickly connect you with the right professionals to resolve it.
