My connection to the Jersey Shore began long before I became a homeowner. Growing up in Philadelphia, I spent countless summers enjoying everything the South Jersey coast has to offer—from childhood vacations in Ocean City to teenage summers in Wildwood and, later, making memories with family and friends in Sea Isle City and Avalon.
In 2014, I purchased my own vacation and investment property in North Wildwood. What started as a dream of creating lasting memories with my children quickly gave me a firsthand understanding of the responsibilities and challenges that come with owning a second home.
While owning a Shore property is incredibly rewarding, it can also be stressful—especially when you’re miles away. From winter storms and frozen pipes to unexpected leaks and maintenance emergencies, I know how unsettling it can be to wonder whether your home is safe and secure when you’re not there.
That personal experience inspired me to create Anchors Away Home Watch.
My mission is simple: To give homeowners the confidence and peace of mind that comes from having someone local, reliable, and genuinely invested in the care of their property.
As a licensed New Jersey real estate agent, vacation property owner, and experienced property manager, I bring a unique combination of knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience to every home I oversee.
My experience also includes overseeing luxury Shore properties, coordinating detailed inspections, working alongside professional property management teams, and serving as a trusted local point of contact for homeowners and management partners. This hands-on experience allows me to provide a higher level of service, from routine property checks to coordinating vendors, overseeing maintenance, and addressing issues before they become costly problems.
Over the years, I’ve established trusted relationships with local contractors and service professionals, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, cleaners, and general maintenance providers. Whether it’s a routine Home Watch inspection, preparing for seasonal arrivals, coordinating repairs, or overseeing property maintenance, I take a proactive and personalized approach to protecting your investment.
