I know what it is to worry about my property, especially during winter months. Although I have been lucky, some of my friends and neighbors have not been quite as fortunate. I have experienced through them the horror stories of frozen pipes, undetected leaks, and heaters that stopped working in the middle of the winter. When storms hit, I would feel helpless having to wait to determine if there was any damage to my home that required repair. The sleepless nights and hours in the car commuting back and forth just to check on my home were not fun!

This is why I started Anchors Away Home Watch of Cape May. I want to give my clients the security of knowing that their property is safe when they are not there. I want to give my clients the assurance to know that if/when something goes wrong, I am here to help them take care of the problem. I want my clients to know that I will care for their property as I do my own.

I am a licensed NJ real estate agent and was considered a “dual career” agent up until last year when I ended my 30+ year career in technology sales. Zoom meetings, webinars, and virtual sales presentations during the pandemic made me realize just how much I missed the Salt Air and led to an early retirement from Corporate America. I made the decision to move my real estate license to the NJ shore and start this new venture to provide seasonal homeowners with the Home Watch services I wish I had when needed the most.

As a real estate agent, I pay close attention to details and have a trained eye to identify problems that the average person may not see or even look for.

I have roots in the area and built a book of reliable resources that I can refer you to when problems arise. From, cleaning services, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and simple handyman work. I can easily connect you to my network of resources to quickly rectify the situation.

NHWA offers its members a myriad of resources and training to enable us to perform our job using their gold business standards. I am committed to look out for my client’s best interests at all times.
